Is it PCR DNA test important if the semen and urine culture negative with no growth , should i do PCR ?

Yes. Organisms like Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma, Mycoplasma would not be shown in standard culture test methods.

I am sorry man, my English is not so good but yours is a total disaster - are you using google translate or some other online translator? If you do - it does not work. Talk to your local laboratories about PCR Testing - how to prepare yourself, what specimens are accepted and when to deliver. Alternatively use online search, like google - search works perfectly unlike google translator.
