this is a sagital view of the prostate that shows a cystic area around the upper margins of the prostate. This is on the same side as the calicification but on the upper margin. Appears to be a dialated ejaculatory duct. Dr. Krongrad i am a Ultrasound Tech. and this has looked this way for the 2yrs. that i have had these problems.  the cystic area has increased in size slightly.
