My husband was diagnosed with prostatitis over a year ago and I'm just trying to find an answer for his question "am I stuck with this for life?"

    You're right, Patty. The wives group was started by Sue Muff, a nurse married to Nick Muff, a radiation oncologist, who had really bad prostatitis for 13 years. They did a joint interview that is 45 minutes long that you can watch if you click here. The shorter version is on the home page for this site.

     

    You can read through the discussion threads and at any time jump in to ask questions. You can also reach out to individual members as you did here. And you can look at some of the less interactive links posted on the side columns to get more structured information.

He lives about 200 miles from you and went through this for 8 years, including with some of the doctors in the Tampa region.
