If you have been diagnosed with prostatitis, please tell us your story: age, duration of symptoms, treatments, results, and the like.: have had chronic prostatitis for 5 years. went through the usual protocol of various antibiotics. yet the pain continued despite of antibiotics my symptoms worsened over time symptoms of pelvic pain, testicle pain, rectum pain, golf ball up the rectum feeling, erection problems etc. most doctors did not believe anything was wrong with me.
