If you have been diagnosed with prostatitis, please tell us your story: age, duration of symptoms, treatments, results, and the like.: I'm 53. I've been coping with this for 20 years. Tried several courses of antibiotics to no avail. Have good and bad periods, so sometimes I can forget about it, but it always returns. I've tried massage, exercises from Amy Stein's Heal Pelvic Pain book. I struggle with depression and am also experiencing sexual dysfunction. I'm done, I need to do something and am considering the china clinic and/or wise-anderson protocol, though I'm skeptical about both. How can there only be two places, both proprietary and overpriced? I also would like to organize people with the goal of advocating for more research, and for starts we need to ID a famous person with this condition to approach as a spokesperson...any ideas?
