    Have you gone to PubMed on the net to read any articles regarding chronic bacteria prostatitis?

    I have non-bacteria prostatitis. I have run into the same thing regarding doctors. They don't have much to and some seem not to care.

    I have been following prostatitis forums for years. Prostate massage has proven to be worthless with no better results then placebo. I have spoken to dozens of patients and doctors who agree.. The internet is flooded with negative reviews on prostate massage. If you are in awfull pain draining the prostate with massage may offer short term relief... that's it! A hot bath would be just as good in my view
