If you have been diagnosed with prostatitis, please tell us your story: age, duration of symptoms, treatments, results, and the like.
46 years old. Terrible pain but early days. I'm in week 5 since the symptoms started. No blood or high white blood cell count. CT was neg and Cystocopy was neg. 1 round of Cipro. and Keflax, on second round of Cipro and flomax. Pain is so pain Percocet does not dull it. very depressed.

    Thanks for your note on the Diagnosis group. I don't want to turn myself into your online doctor, for a variety of reasons, including that I have not met and/or examined you. I would suggest that you read through the discussion threads on this forum and perhaps even reach out to some of the other patients. You'll probably find some value in this. You may also want to read some of the articles on the home page.
