- I am 45 years old,I had had various symptoms for the last 3 months including Pain in the head of my penis,burning on urination,testicles pain,discomfort in lower stomach/bladder,fatigue,sinusitis,piles and the sensation that I am sat on a golf ball.Initially I was sent to the GUM clinic at my local hospital,then ultra sound on Bladder,Kidney, Gallbladder and testicles all came back negative, apart from a varicose vein around left testicle (also small build up of fluid) had full set of blood test etc again all normal (the only thing that is keeping me sane at the moment.
