Prostatitis Forum & Social Network
Acute and chronic prostatitis discussion. Arnon Krongrad, MD, moderator.
Many of us during our prostatitis course (including myself) got some urinary obtruction issues, most of the time doctors propose a TURP, TUIP or BNI to get rid of it.
We know today that those surgeries are not effective against prostatitis pain but they can clear the urinary symptoms up.
do these surgeries make the LRP surgeon work more complicated? can they increase the recovery period for urinary continence and potency?....in fact do they affect the outcome of the LRP surgery?
