5 months now, not feeling so bad now, worst symptoms have subsided (golf ball in the butt feeling) still have pressure when sitting in perenium but not pain, and urinary urgency at night, low back pain and pain in butt cheeks is still work in progress, started taking cymbalta to help with pain and the depretion that has set in since all this started, both are being helped by taking cymbalta, have started pt for pelvic floor dysfunction, if you have any ?s just ask, Dave Feeley
