Hello! My name is Chris. I'm 30 years old from central NJ. I've been diagnosed with chronic prostatitis about 2 months ago and I'm im complete agony from it. I've always have a pressure between my scrotum and anus and frequently felt a need to urinate and had trouble urinating throughout all of my 20s. The last few months got worse so I went to a urologist. Apparently my prostate is very soft and inflamed. I've been on antibiotics such as doxy. I've also taken diazepam, alpha blockers, anti inflammatory meds, and a steroid called Medrol pak. Nothing works and I feel so much pain and pressure in my prostate. The only thing that seems to give me temporary relief at all is the prostate massages I get from urologist. A good amount of thick prostate fluid comes out and there's a burning sensation when it's done. It gives me relief of the pressure for maybe 2 days max I've noticed. I try ejaculating but when I do the orgasm is weak and very little actually comes out and the pressure and swollen feeling gets worse. The urge to urinate and need to ejaculate actually gets worse and hurts. Lately I haven't been able to reach an orgasm or ejaculate at all. The pressure is so intense I can't get myself to ejaculate to get the fluid out. This problem caused problems with my relationship with my gf and now we broke up. I can't sleep with this constant pressure and pain and desperate for any relief at all. It has me in tears at night. I read somewhere that a prostectomy could possibly cure prostatitis? Is someone able to provide me with information or is there a urologist in this community that would be willing to discuss this with me and possibly do one on me? I'm so desperate for relief and to get rid of this. Please help me.

Good day,
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very important to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site. Could you please get back to me on my private email(jeanpierre20200@gmail.com) if you dont mind ?
Have a nice day and God bless you,
