Today July 29, 2009 made it exactly six months I had LRP procedure done by Dr. Krongrad. My CPSI is now one from 38 before surgery. The debilitating pain and general weakness I had before surgery is total gone. I do not take any more antibiotics or Tramadol 50mg twice a day for prostate inflamation or pain because LRP took care of it. Today March 1, 2009 marked exactly one month after my laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for chronic prostatitis with Dr. Krongrad. I had LRP on 1/29/09 and foley catheter was removed on 2/10/09. Discontinuation of foley catheter was uneventfull although I had occassionally small blood tinged urine which has subsided. I am still having urine leakage especially when I have fully blader. FREE AT LAST……… This is exactly the best analogy of my Prostatitis ordeal.

My experience with Prostatitis has really been a journey with many turns. I felt that something was wrong in the summer of 1993 when all of a sudden I went to the bathroom and passed blood along with my urine.
