Urine leakage on ejaculation & shorter penis

A couple of possible side effects that are not often talked about are urine leakage upon ejaculation & reduced penis length. Just how common are these side effects in men who recover their erections? I guess reduced penis length can go with the territory after removing the prostate (I read it was 1 in 5 men), but a price I would not mind paying to be free of prostatitis. I guess the bladder comes down a bit and meets the base of the penis half way in the absence of the prostate?
As to urine leakage upon ejaculation, I am not sure of the frequency of this side effect but I know it is not harmful to the woman as long as no infection is present. I guess if you suffered this side effect you would appreciate an understanding partner.

Actually the bladder comes down all the way to the urethra. And there are reports of penis lengthening also. There are not any good studies looking at this prospectively and objectively, so it's hard to separate reality from phobia.

Vaginas have way more bacteria and yeast than urine. So correct, urine does not pose an infectious threat to vaginas as a general rule.
I did not realise the bladder came all the way down, thanks for clearing that up Dr Krongrad! I guess thats why far more men don't complain of a shorter penis than do.
