WHAT IS THIS SITE ABOUT?

This site is a social network for anybody with an interest in acute or chronic prostatitis: patients, family members, physicians, other health care professionals, activists, and advocates. Its purpose is to allow members to share knowledge; to seek, receive, and offer support; or just to monitor discussion and progress.

If you have chronic prostatitis, please complete the Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index. This will permit us a measure of standardization as we compare cases and treatments.

Can anyone tell me what kind of stretching exercises might be useful for prostatitis? I try to take regular exercise, but haven't tried anything like yoga, so I'd be grateful of any advice.
