A new study involving relatively young Korean men with Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS) found that treatment with alpha-blocker and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor improved semen quality. The authors assert that CPPS presents a barrier to fertility in Korean men and that treating it with the methods described may help them to come to natural conception.
