Lactose fermenting colyforms found in my semen

Hi everyone, I've just received the news from the Urology department at a sexual health clinic that I have lactose fermenting colyforms in my semen, following a recent semen culture analysis. If you have been diagnosed with prostatitis, please tell us your story: age, duration of symptoms, treatments, results, and the like.
I have had chronic prostatitis/CPPS for 14 months, probably the non-bacterial variety; might subside for a few days but always returns with dull ache or sharp pains. I have been prescribed Ofloxacin (4-weeks) which didn't eliminate the condition; seen a urologist recently, prescribed same thing, currently undergoing another 4-week course. The pain continues, along with a tender perineum and premature ejaculation, as well as the occasionally limp erection. Please help!
