Acute or Asymptomatic?

Hello everyone and congrats for the site.Here my case:I am 37 years old,  skinny, active lifestyle, good daily food habits.In November 2011 I had typical prostatitis symptoms (fever, frequent urination) and was treated with an antibacterial.(sorry but I don’t remember which bacteria it was found). Last week I went for screening and the semen test found Enterococcus Faecalis.
