- If you have been diagnosed with prostatitis, please tell us your story: age, duration of symptoms, treatments, results, and the like.
- I'm 31 years old and have been dealing with prostate pain for almost 2 years now. I've been to 3 urologists, whom after they did their idea of prudent treatments, all told me to go find another urologist. The 1st pumped me full of antibiotics for 9 months and handed me off to another doctor in office. The 2nd did a few UA's looking for bacteria discharge and found nothing but moderate blood. After a 3d CT scan he too told me to find new doctor. The 3rd gave me his word he wouldn't give up until we figured out what was causing the pain. After cysto and uro, he too gave me a list of 10 things that it could be and told me to find someone else. We found no infection at all, and that bladder etc was emptying properly etc. Recently my armpits as well have both become extremely painful, but I have no idea what I'm going to do next...
