Painful Orgasm

Hello all, five years post surgery here. Everything was going fine until recently I developed a very painful sensation just before orgsam. The pain last for several after orgasm and usually goes away but is now lasting for almost an entire day. Very painful and very worried. Any thoughts and or suggestions? Thanks, John Roland.See More
