- I drunkenly had unprotected oral and vaginal sex back in Feb of this year.
Got tested and swabbed after 10, 14 and 28 days for Gonn and Chlamydia. All negative. The final test however was not a swab but the doctor gave me Z-pack which I took. Symptoms really began then with mainly irritation in the tip of my penis. A couple of days after I began noticing some clear discharge which left stains every 2 or 3 days.
Went back after one week and no tests but got doxy and flagyl for 7 days which I took. Symptoms stayed the same intermittent pain that feels like a flare up in my penis tip along with clear discharge mainly noticed after urination and bowel movement. It is always clear mucous like.
Went back one week after finished these swabbed again but no pus cells or inflammation but my symtoms persisted and I was given 7 days of Cipro. After this I did nothing for two weeks as I didn't want to take more antibiotics that were not working. During this time also began to notice that my meatus now has got very red and after ejaculation the skin gets very dry.
I then went to a private sexual health dr, who took the time to go through everything. He tested for M genitalium, trich, ureplasma but all was negative. Before my urine specimen he took a swab and looked under the microscope again there was nothing. He then did a prostate massage and took some prostatic fluid to look at under the microscope then and there. He then said that I have prostatitis as an infection was detected in that fluid.
He prescribed me doxy for 6 weeks and told me that what I have is not contagious. I just am really struggling with this as how could this have all happened straight after this exposure?
I finished the doxy but still no relief!
