Hi Paul,

Welcome. Your score of 9 seems relatively low by the standards of symptoms reported by some of the other members. How is this level of symptoms affecting you? Do you have periods of greater intensity?

You may want to take a look at some of the Short Reviews listed on the right column. And of course feel free to jump into any of the discussions in the Groups listed also on the right.

Rapaflo seems to help with the urine flow but the symptoms are horrible including erection, upper respiratory problem, chest pain, etc. I have tried saw palmetto and a lot of other natural supplement. My PSA stays low (1.8-1.9), thank God. Exercise seems to help but sometimes I feel very tired. Please advise on anything you know that might help.

Thanks,

Paul
