Unfortuately my troubles started about 6 weeks ago when I went to ED clinic and received an injection into my penis to make it erect. I than drove approx for an hour and half with my erection. When it came down, I felt the symptoms of pain in my penis and in the perinium. The symptoms I have now are pelvic pain, pain at tip of penis and in the perinium area. The discomfort moves around, but is constant - never without it. My urologist has me on vesicare, phenazopytidine.

Welcome, Steve.

You are describing an unusual event following treatment for erectile dysfunction. Are your symptoms related in any way to orgasm or sex?

What is the cause of your erectile dysfunction? Is it organic (e.g. diabetes related)? Psychological? Have you ever had any prostate surgery (e.g. TURP, cystoscopy)? How old are you? These details will help us to understand and maybe advise.
