yes have I been diagnosed with prostatitis, I am 21 years old dealing with this thing for 8 month. what caused this disease i dont know but the first symptom was a feeling of abnormal heat in my perineum then it spredead to my butt then to my thighs and to my lower back it was generally discomfort in in this area with these symptoms didnt see a doctor until the third day i had to wake up 7 times at night to the bathroom with pain at tip of the penis after urination lasted 10 to 20 minutes these are the first symptoms i saw an urologist i did urine culture came out negative i did a spermogram and semen culture wich came out negative all my tests according to all the 3 urologists where very good and nothing is to be detected had a DRE 3 times and all said my prostate is fine had ultra sound for my kidneys prostate bladder all was good blood tests all type of blood tests you name it. main SYMPTOMS allong the 8 month were erectile dysfunction, frequent urination, split urine stream low back pain mild discomfort, perineum pain and discomfort burning sensation after ejaculation, premature ejaculation, rarely had ache in my testicles and groin, TREATMENT first i had a 3 week antibiotics cipro and tamsulusin alpha blockers thes first day i took these pills i felt instant relief urinating became mush better and all over symptoms after finishing these medecations the first time a week later i had flareups frequent urination and i saw another doc perscriped antibiotics and alfosusin alpha blockers this time no relief saw another doctor same perscription with anti infflamatories and same alpha blocker alfosusin no relief and antibiotics. got depressed etc.. until i decided to battle this on my own i did my search the most important and life changing is when i found that every person suits him a type of alpha blockers so i went and bought tamsulusin alpha blockers and got better the instant i took it it also improved my ed. after doing alot of search on how to treat this disease i cant stay on meds all my life i need to get rid of this disease what i did was hard but i lasted 2 month and it was a turning point nearlly all symptoms vanished i ate only vegetables, chicken, drank only water, took multivitamin, fish oil, selenium, did some yoga relaxed my mind. CURRENT SYMPTOMS frequent urinatiom from time to time lower back mild discomfort there is days were i do not have any symtoms and these symptoms occur after having sex i think orgasms are related i came to a conclusion that this is a muscular problem in the pelvis.
