Peter - in your case, if you have persistent bacteria in your urogenital track, confirmed by cultures, you may try a vaccine available in Europe - e.g. StroVac - 3 injections. This vaccine consists of E.Coli, Enterococcus faecalis and few other common pathogens, it's on prescription. There is an over-the-counter drug in Czech Rep. called Urivac as an alternative. Talk to a good immunologist, I am sure he will not have anything against this method if you still have bacteria.
