New worsening Pain

I am having more pain with my condition. I don't have anal or perineum pain, But a ton of pain int he penis head and low abdomen. I also have slight urgency but its not like a i'm going to wet myself feeling. Its more a constant urethral irritation. Having a full bladder doesn't hurt but after I urinate the irritation really flares up. Does anyone else have anything similar. Thanks for any repliesSee More

This all started with what I thought was an infection. I had severe pain on urination took leviquin and it cleared up.  This was a year ago. I have been to what feels like every urologist under the sun.  I was told by the majority of uros that they believe i have pelvic floor dysfunction. However a urologist at the cleveland clinic did a prostate massage when he was done it took a long while for an result and the burning was so bad it put me on my knees. I have been diagnosed with chronic prostatitis and pelvic floor dysfunctionThis all started with what I thought was an infection. I had severe pain on urination took leviquin and it cleared up.
