Good detail. Thanks. You may want to go into your Settings (upper right) and update some of your profile with them. Also you can upload a photo, which helps with feedback, makes you this more "personal."
Anyway, your story is fascinating. Among the things you can do to try to get more input is either start your own discussion in either the Signs and Symptoms group or perhaps in the Treatment group if you want to focus on the odd effect of narcotics. Either way, all you have to do is join the group, find the Discussion Forum on its left, scroll down, and click on +Start Discussion. Then group members are notified and we wait.
You may also take note of the Prostatitis and Hematuria discussion. It may have elements that resemble yours. FYI.
